Access Medical Group accepts most major health insurance plans, and we bill insurance companies directly. Co-pay rates are equal to the amount set by your insurance company, regardless of treatment. Self-pay options are also available upon request.
To use your insurance at the time of treatment, bring your primary insurance card, secondary insurance card (if you have one), as well as the policy holder's name, date of birth, and social security number.
